Topical Applications:

When applied topically 2-3 times daily or as required, Emu Spirit Oil of Emu may bring rapid temporary relief from the pain and discomfort associated with inflammation based conditions, as well as damaged skin.

Use a few drops in a warm bath to aid treatment of arthritic and muscular aches and pains and sporting injuries. It also leaves your skin feeling beautifully soft and smooth.

Internal Applications:

When taken orally, Emu Spirit Oil of Emu may be beneficial in providing temporary relief from the pain and discomfort associated with arthritis, rheumatism, PMS, eczema and psoriasis.

Recommended Daily dosage:

Start up Dosage (First 8-12 weeks): 5mL-10mL daily

For advanced and long standing conditions: 10mL – 15mL daily 

Maintenance Dosage and general health: 2.5mL – 5mL daily

5mL = 1 teaspoon

Like most natural products, the Emu Spirit range will need time to take effect. Products should be used consistently and for the minimum period of time for best results.

I love that it’s TGA listed and Aussie made

Wasn’t sure at first, but this stuff actually works. Helped fade my acne scars and eased the itch from my eczema. I even mix a bit into my protein shakes, it’s an easy way to get the recommended daily dose in. I also like that it’s TGA listed and Aussie made!

Life changing for my daughters eczema

I started using Spirit Emu Oil on my Daughters Eczema and it has made a huge difference, I apply it to her skin every single day and also add a few drops to her bathtime routine. Her Eczema has calmed down so much since we have been using it. I love that it's 100% natural which gives me piece of mind knowing it won't cause any harsh reactions on her sensitive skin. Honestly I was a bit unsure at first ( mainly because it comes from an Emu), but I'm so glad I gave it a go. Now, I'm telling all my Mum friends about it! I didn’t expect this little bottle to become such a staple in our household — but Emu Spirit’s Emu Oil has been a game-changer. I’ve been using it on dry skin patches, my daughter’s eczema flare-ups, and even after shaving — and it just works. It’s lightweight, deeply hydrating, and absorbs without feeling greasy.

What I love most? It’s completely natural and safe enough for the whole family (yes, even the dog’s paws got a little spa treatment 🙈). You can even take it internally, but I’ve been loving it most for skin repair and everyday hydration.

My Go-To for Flare Ups

I absolutely love using Oil of Emu. It helped calm the irritation and redness I get during skin flare-ups so quickly. The texture feels so luxurious on the skin but absorbs beautifully with no greasy residue, so I can pop clothes on straight after.
